Assisted living (as defined by MBS) is a congregate

features and private lockable living units with
hospitality services including two meals per day,
basic laundry and housekeeping, 24 hr/day emergency response, personal care and support needs
24hr/day and organized programs to enhance quality of life enabling seniors to live safely,
comfortably, and independently as long as possible.
